The author of the literary text is a global and multidimensional philological category, the effectiveness of the study of which involves the use of a variety of linguistic tools. The study reveals and describes the author’s types presented in the “small” poems of S. A. Yesenin, based on the analysis of linguistic means of different levels of lexical, grammatical, tropoid: the lyrical hero belonging to the world of the literary text, and the outloted author embodied the consciousness of the biographical author . The monograph includes extensive applications comprehensively representing various linguistic material, extracted from the texts of poems, as well as other works of S. A. Yesenin (pre -revolutionary lyrics and poems "Pugachev")
