The main thing in the history of the renewed "Arma" is an architectural method, a combination of attentive attitude to historical traces and context with the introduction of a modern agenda. Work on the project took place in four stages: the first milestone was the development of a comprehensive masterplane of the territory, during which the southern and northern zones were allocated, for reconstruction and new construction, respectively, as well as a redundant distribution scheme of transport flows. Two other stages of project development were devoted to the architectural component: during them, the historical facades and internal spaces were cleared of later layers and received new life, and new buildings-the 7th, 13th and 19th-stood in a row with historical ones, Supporting the overall frame and not standing out of it. Their contours and forms repeated their predecessors, and the facades of decoration and rhythm obeyed general architectural logic.
