The monograph sets out the main elements of non-aquamous statistical mechanics and thermodynamics of TSALLIS, designed to describe complex (abnormal) systems, the actual properties of which are outside the application of classical statistics of Bolzman-GiBS, in particular, due to the presence of a long-standing force interaction within the system of range and non -cabinal correlations, as well as the fractality of the geometry of phase space. At the same time, the most important thermodynamic property is violated - the additivity of entropy, which for equilibrium states in the classical case is the result of local interaction between the elements of the system. Such abnormal systems are not detected by exponential, but asymptotically sedate statistical distributions. Based on the principle of Jaines, the maximum of the parametric entropy of TSALLIS and the differences between the radator-Kannappan in the book, a synergistic scheme is developed, representing the process of a spontaneous (or forced) transition between the conditions of a complex dynamic system. The new results of the author obtained within the framework of non -examination statistics are given, in particular, with the modeling of a number of astrophysical objects and with the construction of entropy transport models of distribution.

The presented material is of interest to researchers, graduate students and senior students of physical, mathematical and other natural-scientific and engineering specialties
