This book is of interest to speech therapists, defectologists, teachers, psychologists, doctors of various specialties, neuropsychologists. It presents the latest approaches to organizing assistance to children in the framework of multi -disciplinary cooperation. The authors are based on many years of experience accumulated when working with children suffering from systemic disorders of speech development, and multilateral studies of speech development disorders. The book systematizes the theoretical foundations of the formation of ideas about the development of a child, which are based on research in the field of phylogenesis and ontogenesis, the characterization of sensitive and crisis periods of its development, the factors affecting the development of children, their adaptation and the potentials of education and training.
Based on the accounting of these factors and the interdisciplinary approach to the interaction of specialists, the program of early comprehensive prevention of systemic speech development in children is set out and the relationship of preventive, prophys, propiledic and diagnostic work during the correctional psychological-medical and pedagogical process in the educational institution was disclosed. The issues of psychotherapeutic support of the family and options for cooperation with parents are highlighted
