According to the author, the purpose of the book is to give the most complete description of manual communication as a specific means of communication of the deaf, to fix modern facial expressions, generally accepted in the Areal of the Soviet Union. The inclusion in the book of almost all common -use gestures, their fixation through photo illustrations and the description make it possible to use it as an explanatory dictionary. The most important task of the book is to serve the unification of facial expressions and increase the culture of brutal speech. Currently, the book has become a bibliographic rarity (Reprint edition)
