Can a chain of causes and consequences become closed into the ring? Can a person get into his past? These issues intrigue humanity for not the first thousand years. For the time being, however, they had to discuss them either philosophers or poets. The adequate language began to form only from the end of the 19th century, when the efforts of people such as G. Wells, G. Minkovsky and A. Einstein have rooted the idea of the time as an attribute of a 4-dimensional object, which we now call the Minkovsky space. This representation formed the basis of the special theory of relativity (from a logical, and not from a historical point of view) and thereby gave rise to the third - almost equivalent to each of the two previous ones - the question: is it possible to exceed the speed of light?
To date, "Time Machine", "Mole -Ho Nora" and "Superflow movements" are studied on common with other relativistic phenomena (singularities, say) of the grounds, and not as a certain exotic, which, of course, cannot be, and and It is only necessary to formulate more precisely - why. The new approach turned out to be more fruitful, and within its framework over the past 20 years, many interesting results have been achieved. It seems, it seems, time to state the most important of them and rid of those who are interested in this problem of the need to independently work out dozens of articles.
So this book arose. It studies the spaces-temporary spaces containing closed blanket-like curves and other geometric features-such as “Mole-free burrows”-make possible over-light (in different meanings of this term) movement. The possibility of the existence of such features and their artificial creation is discussed.
The vast majority of the results included in the book were received in the last 20 years and has not yet been presented in Russian -speaking literature.
The presentation is designed for a reader who is familiar with the basics of the general theory of relativity, although even a person who does not own mathematics at all will understand some parts of this book
