From the authors
We turn to each leader in an organization who wants to create the best software products with the best characteristics and predictability. The software industry changes and radically improves. The uncertainty, risk and losses that you are used to are no longer inevitable. We have on our shoulders data of 20 years of working with organizations that have already switched to a new level. We want you to take this step.
We want you to be able to predictably create useful, high -quality software with controlled risks.
We turn to you for two reasons.
Firstly, for forty years you suffered from poor service in the software industry, inevitably, but inevitable. We want to return your trust.
Secondly, software is not only specialized tools for professionals. The programs are now everywhere, perform more and more important operations in our society. We want you to be able to create software, which we can all rely on.
We hope that we can achieve these goals with our book.
