In the monograph for the first time in Russian historical and philosophical literature, an attempt was made to a holistic consideration of the philosophical views of the great playwright and thinker. Shakespeare is represented as a philosopher who considered a person’s attitude to the world through a number of “border situations” in his masterpieces. Shakespeare not only anticipated the philosopher-expensors, but also acted in his work as the largest anthropologist. He reflects on the essence of nature, space and time only in a close connection with thoughts about human life.
