The textbook "Security in Emergency Situations" is compiled on the basis of many years of experience in teaching the discipline "Security in Emergency Situations" in YurgPU (NPI)
Issues of the classification of emergency situations of natural and technogenic origin and safe living conditions to preserve the natural environment, the causes, signs and consequences of dangers, methods of protection from emergency situations and military conflicts, the principles of labor safety at the enterprise, and technical means of protecting people In an emergency.
The main provisions on the organization of civil defense are given, the structure of the unified state system of preventing and liquidation of emergency situations (RSCH) is considered. Attention was paid to the issues of state defense, as well as the order and rules of first aid to the victims. In order to ensure methodological unity with the theoretical part of the course, the textbook provides test issues on the self -control of students, as well as examples of practical work.
The textbook is intended for teaching university students in all areas studying the discipline "Safety of Life."
