The monograph is devoted to the reconstruction and analysis of the Russian stage of life and the work of the outstanding figure of Russian literature and journalism, politics and revolutionary, Zionist and Jewish politician Vladimir Zabotinsky. For the first time, a frontal analysis of periodicals, where this author was printed, is carried out, its vital strategies, the attitude to the culture of the era of symbolism and postpositeism, and the parallel life in the Russian, Russian-Jewish and Jewish worlds are analyzed. On the basis of the first -introduced into the scientific circulation of unknown signature texts of the author, a reconstruction of the system of his pseudonyms is carried out. Contacts, literary relationships and polemic with L.N. are considered Tolstoy, Maxim Gorky, I.F. Annensky, L.N. Andreev, K.S. Stanislavsky, political relations with M.M. Kovalevsky, P.B. Struve, V.I. Lenin, L.D. Trotsky, V.G. Korolenko, Z.N. Gippius, D.S. Merezhkovsky, V.V. Rozanov, M.O. Menshikov and others. For the first time, a wide layer of political journalism is being studied, related to the case of M. Spiridonova, executions during the revolution of 1905-1907, the Bialystok pogrom, the work of Beilis, the February Revolution, etc. Based on the results, the principles of commenting on the story are proposed. Five ", plays in the verses of the" Alien ", Memuar books V.E. Zhabotinsky, and the author himself is introduced into the history of Russian culture as one of the most important figures of the 1900-1910s.
