"Russian Seasons" are the most famous theatrical tour in the world, organized in 1909 by Sergei Diaghilev, a talented entrepreneur and popularizer of Russian art. For twenty years, Diaghilev’s performances went to the best European sites, the exquisite audience of the main capitals of the world applied to our artists, and the prestige of the Russian opera and ballet was first raised to an unattainable height.
Diaghilev productions became a coup in the theater world, each of them turned into a bewitching, sometimes shock with colorful decorations, luxurious costumes and delightful music.
