The catalog included about 3,500 drawings, watercolors, and picturesque works from personal funds of the GA of the Russian Federation on the history of the Russian Empire. This volume is a continuation of the first volume of the catalog published in 2012, which included the author’s work of members of the Russian imperial surname.
This publication contains the work of different authors - as famous artists such as A.P. Bogolyubov, P.F. Sokolov, K.P. Bryullov, G. G. Chernetsov, M. A. Zichi, P. about . Kovalevsky, and little-known and unknown amateur artists. Each image is equipped with a descriptive article. Most artists entering the catalog have compiled biographical certificates.
For the convenience of using the catalog for it, signs were compiled: the names of artists included in the catalog, names found in the text, thematic, geographical names. Detailed descriptions of albums most often mentioned in the text, as well as a nominal list of funds, images from which are included in the directory. The publication contains more than 300 illustrations
