The monograph proposes a psychological and pedagogical approach to understanding learning students of undergraduate and magistracy at a university. The author introduces a new concept, reveals the latent competencies of students, the specifics of "learning action" on specific examples from his own practice. The monograph also presents the business game "risks".
In the book, the author describes the creation of students" own scientific and practical training school on his own experience as a consultant and a top manager in the holding and analyzes the problems of the emergence and development of university scientific and scientific and pedagogical schools. On this basis, the concept of "interactive training" has been worked out in the monograph, which especially characterizes the understanding of reflexive pedagogy of the university as a new phenomenon in public life.
