The book discusses the history, theory and practice of designing recreational objects of various types and their placement in the territory of the Far East. Environmental aspects of the formation of recreation areas are highlighted, as well as individual issues of protecting the recreational resources of the two regions - Primorye and Kamchatka. They are unique for recreational purposes.
The collection is compiled on the basis of the author’s perennial works in the field of research and design of recreation in the Far East. It included articles published in different years, fragments of scientific papers and performances at conferences, congresses, meetings, annotations of recreational projects, as well as recreational models of the Primorsky Territory and Kamchatka. For technical reasons, the text of the book was lost in another publishing house. It took a rather long time to restore it. At the same time, the relevance of the topics affected has been preserved.
