The book reveals the dynamics of the cultural experience of the child, a teenager in cultural education of a new type and in the context of solving the problems of the necessary updating of educational policy.
Actual problems of the cultural approach in education are considered, which helps in understanding the new possibilities of its development. From the standpoint of the cultural approach, the experience of developing innovative and alternative organizational models of the school is characterized.
The need to be guided in pedagogical activity is shown by cultural knowledge, which fully ensures the personal development of children and makes education dynamic, open, cultural -like. The author explains the complex processes of the formation and reconstruction of his cultural experience in a targeted and informal communication with peers and adults, creating an event cultural environment of educational interaction. The book reveals contradictions that reduce the effectiveness of pedagogical activity and educational policy as a whole, and recommendations on the development of cultural education management are given.
