The output of the Eleler’s unintections equation is presented, carried out taking into account members of the second and third orders of small flow time. A translation from Latin into Russian and some foreign languages of the initial sections of the Air’s report at the Berlin Academy of Sciences was made. Similar members of the second order of smallness were found in the output of the equivalent equation, conducted using the Gauss -Ostrogradsky formula. The arising members of the high order of smallness, according to the method of the acoustic analogy of the Lighthill, penetrate the heterogeneous wave equation and can be used in the calculation of the generation of car cones and sound. The application contains slides for lectures on this material.
