Preventive psychological and pedagogical program. Personal resources of modern teenagers

The proposed preventive program is aimed at developing personal resources of adolescents of 14-16 years in the field of self-knowledge, communicative competencies, interpersonal interaction, resolution of conflict and problematic situations among peers.
The program includes a cycle of 30 lessons on current blocks: "self -knowledge", "interpersonal interaction", "conflicts and manipulations in communication", "destructive behavior and bullying", "leadership and achievement of the goal". Each lesson includes information and practical blocks with tasks and exercises aimed at self-diagnosis, working and consolidating self-knowledge and interaction skills, solving situational problems individually and in micro-groups.
The book is addressed to teachers-psychologists who work with students in the field of solving the problems of the formation of competencies of interaction, the prevention of bullying in the teenage environment, the development of leadership qualities and the ability to set life goals.
It is recommended for the implementation by teachers, class teachers in the framework of extracurricular activities, as well as in the classroom system
