The first chapter discusses the principles of X -ray analysis and related some issues of crystallography. The second chapter sets out the theoretical principles of elemental analysis of multicomponent substances applied to the analysis of natural aluminosilicates (GIN) and titanium dioxide. It is shown that the method of elemental analysis within the tenths of a percentage does not depend on the polymorphism of the studied material. The third chapter examines the phenomenon of complete external reflection (air defense) of x -rays from metals and it was shown that the air defense method is purely superficial and in combination with x -ray diffraction establishes the law of the rejuvenation indicator of X -rays from the interpersonal distance. In the next chapter, the definition in the hard bodies of plasma vibrations excited by x -rays was considered in the next chapter. The possibility of measuring the energy of plasmons, the concentration of plasma localized electrons and the energy of the Fermi in metals is shown. A significant expansion of the possibilities of determining plasmons by the air defense method has ensured a method for studying plasmons dispersion in solid bodies. It is shown that this method allows you to determine internal mechanical stresses and polarization in the surface layers of amorphous and crystalline dielectrics and semiconductors a few nanometers thick
