Physics. Introductory course for foreign students. Textbook

The textbook in an accessible language form for foreign students of the preparatory department of higher educational institutions studying physics in Russian sets out the main issues of mechanics, molecular physics and thermodynamics. The textbook uses the minimum vocabulary necessary to explain physical phenomena and laws.
The textbook consists of five chapters and contains a system of adapted texts, exercises, examples of objective and speech actions that form an algorithm for the cognitive activity of students. A large number of exercises, a different degree of their complexity allows the teacher to choose a sequence of tasks when teaching students with a different level of training. The textbook is illustrated by a large number of drawings, tables and graphs, which makes the presentation of the material more visual and affordable.
