This publication is dedicated to one of the creators of the objects of the Sverdlovsk architectural Avangard - the Leningrad (St. Petersburg) architect. They were the first in the capital of the Urals to introduce the ideas and forms of constructivism into the designed objects of residential, public and industrial buildings. Representatives of the architectural schools of the Northern capital fulfilled many large experimental objects and left us a rich creative heritage, which in literary sources is highly sparingly.
