Pedagogical approaches to the development of the personality of an employee of the internal affairs bodies. Monograph

The monograph presents three relevant methodological approaches to the substantiation and design of the pedagogical process of personal development of an employee of the internal affairs bodies: axiological, situational-environment and hermeneutical. The main provisions, basic concepts and principles of these approaches are considered in the educational context of the professional and service activity of the internal affairs bodies. Personal and developmental strategies of managerial activity of the heads of internal affairs bodies have been identified.
