The manual presents material from the experience of working on the use of artistic and fitball and hymnastics in various forms of organization of motor activity of preschool children 3-7 years old, which allows it to be used in pedagogical practice for the successful fulfillment of the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard before the preservation and strengthening of the physical and moral health of children and improvement and increase their motor activity.
