Oral counting. 1st grade. Methodological manual

An oral account is an important stage of each mathematics lesson in elementary school. The formation of strong computational skills in students activates the mental activity of children, increases the speed of reaction, promotes the development of attention, memory, and the ability to perceive oral information.
The tasks presented in the manual will help:
• Set up for active work,
• teach to consciously apply computational skills in practice,
• develop mathematical vigilance,
• form spatial imagination ,
• Create a problem situation in the lesson.
Practical materials can be used for collective and individual work in the classroom. For individual work in the manual, tasks of different levels of complexity on cards are offered. Next to such tasks are QR codes. With their help, the card can be downloaded to then print and distribute to children in the lesson.
