The textbook is intended for the 4th grade of general four-year elementary school. For the first time in elementary school, it examines elements of stochastic and ways to solve some entertaining and non -standard problems.
The textbook is focused on the development of thinking, creative abilities of the child, his interest in mathematics, functional literacy, computational skills. It is the basis of the course "Mathematics" and an integral part of the course "Mathematics and Informatics", created in accordance with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standard for Primary General Education.
