Vladimir Nikolaevich Prokofiev - one of the most prominent researchers and propagandists of the heritage of K.S. Stanislavsky, a famous Russian and Soviet theater expert, art historian. Since 1950, he led the Research Commission for the Study and Publishing of the Heritage of K.S. Stanislavsky and V.I. Nemirovich-Danchenko. V.N.
