This book represents the final stage of a long -term study of the exposition ensemble from its formation to this day. The book is dedicated to the analytical panorama of museum construction at the beginning of the 21st century in the variety of its forms, directions and trends. The most vivid, creative projects were chosen into the focus of consideration.
The aspect taken in the book considers the museum and exhibition exposition in a wide range of various artistic trends, new museum and exhibition technologies, concepts and forms of presentation. If in the first two books the consideration went vertically and chronological development, then this book gives an analysis of the materials horizontally, giving today a cut of today in the context of trends in the early 21st century. The exposition construction is considered as one of the most difficult genres of environmental art and design, with its inherent qualities and means of expressiveness, the principles of constructing the environment and image. The projects of leading architects, artists and designers working in the field of museum design are given. The emphasis is on domestic practice.
