The distribution of publicly available electronic educational resources on the Internet is increasingly massive.
At present, a number of initiatives are being implemented in our country aimed at ensuring the availability and continuity of education due to the development of the Russian digital educational space and ensuring access to open educational resources of all categories of citizens. In Russia, the formation of a digital educational environment is defined as a strategic state task within the framework of the national project "Education".
At the same time, questions remain regarding the effectiveness of online learning, its integration into the formal education system, etc., to which the authors proposed their vision. The book presents an analysis of the use of open educational resources and electronic courses in Russian and foreign universities. Recommendations are given to assess the effectiveness of their application, which, of course, will be interesting to the management of education of all levels and universities.
