Preschool age is the time of rapid development of higher mental functions, it is during this period that the memory is a leading factor that contributes to the intensive intellectual development of the child. A well -developed memory provides the child with a more accurate, holistic knowledge of the surrounding reality, the acquisition of new knowledge, helps in the formation of the necessary skills, and life experience. The manual includes specially selected classes aimed at optimizing and developing auditory memory. The tasks proposed in the manual are developed taking into account modern methodological trends in correction and development of memory of preschool children and have a wide range of use. They can be used both in preventive or developing work with children, whose development corresponds to the age norm, and in correctional and developmental work with children with a deficiency development of memory.
