Methodology and theory of innovative development of higher education in Russia. Monograph

Innovative development of higher education is considered as the intellectual basis of the "breakthrough" into a new technological way in the context of the implementation of the concept of "new industrialization". The prerequisites for implementing this concept, the genesis of the concepts "innovation" and "innovative development" in relation to education, is justified by the introduction of the definition of the potential of innovative development of an educational organization to scientific turnover. Detected contradictions for higher education. Based on the analysis of trends in the highest, primary and secondary vocational education, a medium-term forecast for the development of higher education is presented. The author"s concept of innovative development of higher education aims to preserve and develop human capital in the process of permission (smoothing) of the detected contradictions.
