The book is devoted to the existential problems of cinema, a wide range of issues of spiritual culture in general and artistic creativity in particular. Cinema is considered a certain worldview model, which is based on the tragic myth of Aristotle. The hero of the myth goes on a trip to meet his eternal “I”, and therefore become himself. He may also fail, but the trip does not have another goal. In the spirit of scenario leadership, the author analyzes a number of films. Particular attention is paid to the tape of A. Tarkovsky Stalker. The scenario structure of this picture and various aspects of filmmakers are investigated.
The book is intended for filmmakers, film experts, art historians, culturologists, philosophers, as well as for a wide range of readers
