Mathematics in chemistry

The popular science brochure about chemistry tells how mathematics is used to solve chemical problems. The restrictions imposed by the laws of chemistry on mathematical equations are discussed. The chemical applications of stereometry, symmetry theory, differential equations and graph theory are considered. The text of the brochure is a redesigned version of the lecture read by the author for schoolchildren of grades 9-11 at the small Mehmat MSU. The first edition of the book was published in 2011.
The brochure is intended for high school students, passionate about mathematics and natural sciences, Mathematics, physics and chemistry teachers, as well as for everyone who wants to get acquainted with mathematical chemicals.
