Vladimir Tasich was born in 1965 in the Novaya Garden, Yugoslavia. Since 1995 - Professor of the University of New Bruncvik, Canada. It has scientists in the field of mathematics and philosophy. At the same time, he is the author of several fiction works, collections of stories and novels. The book Mathematics and the roots of postmodern philosophy was translated into several European languages, as well as to Chinese.
The book “Mathematics and the roots of postmodern philosophy” states that the postmodern thought does not marked not a gap with the history of ideas, but the continuation of the debate about the foundations of mathematics of the early twentieth century. Among the raised topics are the emergence of structuralism and poststructuralism, problems of artificial intelligence, issues of linguistic determinism in a historical and mathematical context. On the prism of this concept, one can see how the argumentation of Derrida is close to criticism of Poincare of the Logic of Identity, and the archeology of Foucault turns out to be the offspring of Gilbert"s formalism, as the problem of the continuum is the focus of the mathematics of Browser and the romantic predecessor of postmodern. The book gives a completely new idea of the fate of structuralism, functionalism, deconstructivism, explaining the seemingly incomprehensible doctrines of postmodern thought in a paradoxically clear mathematical perspective
