This manual is intended for students of educational organizations. It is aimed at teaching fourth graders the ability to analyze the text of the problem, represent the task in a convenient way to solve and build a solution using a model, find different solutions, control the course and response of the problem. Each section provides for a solution in the model and independently different types of tasks traditionally studied in the fourth grade: on the use of arithmetic operations (including division with the remainder), calculating the share, comparison and change of values ​​(increase/decrease by several units, several times several times ), finding logical connections, dependencies between the values ​​in plot situations, some typical tasks are considered that cause difficulties among students of primary and primary school. For the development of control skills and self -control, a fourth -grader is offered to the “solve” section.
