The processes of chemical transformation, centrifugation, filtering, crystallization, coagulation, extracting, flushing and squeezing sediment, capillary impregnation of porous body, absorption, adsorption, models of biological processes of various types, heat transfer are considered. Lectures have been tested in the department of processes and apparatuses of chemical technology over the past few years. A significant place in them is allocated to sections associated with laboratory work that allow students to teach mathematical models of processes and analyze constructed models with mathematical methods using computers, which makes it possible to experiment with object models in cases where it is almost impossible or inappropriate to do this at a real object . Also, some modern analytical approaches in the analysis of specific processes of chemical technology and biotechnology are illustrated in lectures. The analyzed both well -known (classic) mathematical models and relatively new ones.
