This book contains materials from the courses "Additional chapters of mathematical analysis" and "mathematical and economic methods" read in the second year of the Department of Economics of the Economics of the Institute of Economics, Mathematics and Information Technologies of the RANEPA. In addition to standard sections of mathematical analysis, it contains initial information from variational calculus, theory of optimal management and theory of discrete optimization.
As in the first part of the book, each chapter, as a rule, consists of four paragraphs. The first of them contains basic definitions, formulations of theorems and simple evidence. The second paragraph provides evidence of theorems and added information useful for a deeper assimilation of the material. The third contains solutions to typical problems. In the fourth paragraph, the same tasks are solved using the Wolfram Mathematica mathematical package.
According to the authors, this approach brings together theoretical courses of mathematics with a course of instrumental methods and allows students to use computer programs with a great understanding
