The Ural authorities in 1927 defended the idea of building a giant plant, after which the enterprise was built on a record time. The book describes in detail each factory workshop of the main factory corridor, unique plans and historical chronicles are given, myths are debunked, and little-known facts are published about the participants in the large construction, repressed in the 1930s
