The textbook for grade 10 presents a systematic course of Russian literature of the XIX century, as well as a section in which works of foreign literature of this period are considered. The methodological apparatus contains tasks that allow you to organize various types of students" activities when mastering the subject, special attention is paid to phased learning to analyze the text, the content of the program and special tasks contribute to the moral development of schoolchildren, all tasks allow to form their communicative competence, and theoretical and practical materials that motivate students are included research and project activities.
