The notebook is included in the UMK "Literary Reading. Grade 2 "(author of the textbook V. Yu. Sviridov) The tasks presented in the manual were compiled in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard of the NOO in 2021 and are aimed at the literary and general development of the personality of the second -grader. Much attention is paid to the education of moral and aesthetic feelings, an emotional-value positive attitude towards himself and the world around him, the preservation and support of the personality of the child, and the development of his creative abilities.
The texts of folklore and literary fairy tales, stories, poems, fables are designed to develop love for literature, for reading. The presented practical works teach thoughtfully, carefully analyze the artistic texts of different genres.
On the basis of this textbook, a whole circle of different tasks stated in the literary reading program of the 2nd grade is considered. The tasks of the notebooks are differentiated by the degree of complexity and use different types of perception, activate various types of activities that contribute to the development of the ability to compare, navigate the book and text, work with information, evaluate the results of their work. The manual offers work for independent implementation, as well as for work in pair and group.
