The manual contains a system of tasks for the formation of reader literacy. These tasks are aimed at learning to search, extract and understand the text (and, to a certain extent, non -textual) information, as well as to teach to evaluate, transform and use this information to solve problems in educational and everyday personal life. The manual includes not only artistic works of different genres, but also information texts. A variety of types of tasks and texts of different types and genres allow us to prepare students for different forms of school control.
A guide for grade 1 contains materials for 16 classes (with answers) The system of tasks and the nature of the literary works proposed in the manual consistently develop reader competencies, arouse interest in reading, contribute to the overall development of the child, his spiritual, moral and aesthetic education, and also form the ability to critical and creative thinking.
It can be recommended not only for individual training and self -learning, but also in lesson activities (for training and intermediate control), as well as in extracurricular activities.
