Viktor Stasevich - professor, doctor of biological sciences, traveler, photographer, writer. For the first time he took the camera in his hands fifty years ago and soon realized that the camera was a wonderful tool for opening and knowing the world. Looking through the footage, you can return to the past again, but most importantly, to see what you once missed. Since then, the camera is a friend and a strict judge for him. Sometimes - a notebook, thanks to which the image flows into the word. So this photo album was born, where the visual part, which is the chosen works of Stasevich, made by him in two decades at various points of the world, complement the essay of the poet Dmitry Grigoryev, writer Sergei Nosov and philosopher Alexander Sekatsky.
The album consists of two sections: “Portraits” and “Streets”. The streets represent the same portraits of people, but already in their natural environment, which allows you to feel the mood inherent in the place and the atmosphere
