The book is a collection of projects and programs for implementation in libraries serving children.
The concept of additional education of children and the concept of a program for supporting children"s and youth reading in the Russian Federation consider the continued educational and sociocultural activity in the library as an important component of children"s education. Informal education, events around the book and reading, developing a book environment - all this allows you to expand the capabilities of school education, go beyond the educational process, maintain cognitive interest and motivation of children.
In the methodological recommendations, a set of goals, objectives, forms of work, substantive blocks, a set of alleged results, a set of types and forms of control is proposed.
