Laboratory markers of control and management of the training process athletes: science and practice

The monograph is devoted to the practical use of clinical and laboratory control data in physical exertion. Information is presented about the most popular biochemical and hematological tests, most often used to assess the effects of physical activity on the body of athletes. The factors that affect the quality of laboratory diagnostics and the content/activity of individual clinical and laboratory parameters of the peripheral blood of athletes are analyzed.
