Justification of the fiducial approach

The author of the “independent Bayesov approach” here gives an updated procedure for obtaining a fiducial interval assessment of the parameter, which now has validity, frequency support and has invariant in the parameter.
The procedure is based on the context of the existence of a fiducial solution and the decision received by the author of the approach. It was obtained by bypassing fiducial distribution without the use of any assumptions that are not contained in the setting of the task.
