Justification of the fiducial approach

The author of the “independent Bayesov approach” here gives an updated procedure for obtaining a fiducial interval assessment of the parameter, which now has validity, frequency support and has invariant in the parameter.
The procedure is based on the context of the existence of a fiducial solution and the decision received by the author of the approach. It was obtained by bypassing fiducial distribution without the use of any assumptions that are not contained in the setting of the task. Since the solution calculated by the traditional-trust method of E. Neuman is difficult to recognize by random, the fiducial method of R. D. Fisher interval assessment of the parameter by a small sample becomes a leader among the approaches in mathematical statistics,
not requiring a priori knowledge about the evaluated parameter. Moreover, an updated fiducial approach is in competition with an independent Bayesian approach, which, in the absence of the interval solutions required in the approach of a priori knowledge, are also invariant in the parameter
