Systematically presented material is based on many years of experience in international cooperation between the author’s team with Russian and foreign educational organizations. A number of the provisions of this study were reflected in research projects and publications jointly implemented by authors.
The monograph considers the history of the formation of a global educational space and its regulatory support, and the problems of the development of pedagogical thought and the issues of standardization and development of international cooperation in the field of education are addressed. The publication reflects the processes of the emergence of international organizations, the prerequisites for the occurrence and procedures for the development of normatives are reflected. documents and the creation of universal organizations: League of Nations, United Nations (UN), United Nations on Education, Science and Culture (UNESCO) The main stages of the joint work of the states-allies and initiators of the United Nations during the Second World War, successfully ended with the adoption of the UN Charter at the Interstate Conference in San Francisco are presented. The provisions of the UNESCO framework program are highlighted to achieve fair and high -quality education - one of the UN key goals for sustainable development for the period until 2030, as well as the organization of the organization to overcome the negative consequences of the pandemic for the state of education in the world. Attention was paid to the new global initiative of UNESCO “The Prospects of Education”, oriented, according to the stated intentions, for the period until 2050 and subsequent years.
In the section on strategic planning of state national policy, a set of measures is presented aimed at developing a system of polycultural and civilian-patriotic education and education of youth.
The final part of the book is devoted to the legislation of the Russian Federation on international cooperation in the field of education. It provides an extensive list of Russian and international legal documents and literature on the issue under consideration.
