In the era of the development of digital technologies, authors are made not only to analyze the specifics of the development of the innovative potential of school education, but also to investigate issues related to the digitalization of the educational process. The book emphasizes the process of managing innovation and digitalizing school education from the position of social management, the problems and possibilities of innovations from all participants are studied. The monograph is based on a sociological and managerial approach to the analysis of the innovative development of the Russian school education system, as well as digitalization technologies. The work considers the main components and specifics of innovative development, the domestic experience of introducing innovations into the educational process and the level of satisfaction of the parental public as a key stakeholder of the educational process, and new trends in the development of the educational industry in Russia are analyzed. Particular attention is paid to the role of conflicts in the development and management of school education in modern socio-economic conditions. The authors of the monograph on the basis of research on the experience of introducing the Moscow Electronic School project substantiate the need to introduce digital technologies into the educational process and the formation of digital competencies of teachers, determine key stereotypes and risks of introducing digital technologies into a modern school.
