Nevertheless, academic science underestimates the topic of labor in Russian literature. The book that you are holding in your hands is the result of a 12-year study of the most ambitious in the literary process of the 20th century of artistic strategy. However, even in dictionaries and reference books there is no definition of a production novel. Meanwhile, the largest artists of the XX century worked in the genre. A peculiar aesthetics united the texts from the "social order" and "socialist realism" to the problems of classical Russian literature.
