The twenty -first book of the series "School Mathematical Mugs" is an informal introduction into mathematical induction. The stated topics and tasks help to develop inductive thinking without explicitly mentioning induction. Due to the orientation to schoolchildren of grades 5-7, the emphasis is on the construction of series of examples and obvious structures, as well as tracking their properties. This approach teaches students to use induction and where the chain of objects is clearly not set.
The book contains 10 classes on quite traditional circle topics. For the teacher, at the end of each lesson there is a text to an induction. A hundred additional tasks make it possible to adapt classes for groups of different strength. The final part of the book is made in the form of handouts.
The book is addressed to school teachers of mathematics and leaders of mathematical circles, but will be interesting to schoolchildren and their parents, students of pedagogical universities, as well as all fans of mathematics
