Dan Bayesov’s approach in mathematical statistics, which supplies the solution that is not dependent on the parameter. This is the solved problem of the Bayesian approach to the interval assessment of the parameter for a small sample in the absence of a priori data about it, which consists in the absence of invariability of decisions according to the parameter. To justify it, a new theory was required, a bunk theory of probabilities", which is given on an axiomatic fragment, where the VI axiom is formulated to five axioms A.N. Kolmogorova and objects of theory. They are a bunk design of probability fields, a family of probability fields and a probability field for Kolmogorov with a small addition. The use of an independent Bayesov approach to an interval assessment of the quantile of a two -parametric distribution of the observed random magnitude deserves special attention. The result of the work will enrich statistical methods used in various fields of knowledge and research
