Improving the educational process of a university based on a competency -based approach

The monograph discusses the main issues of the transition to the competency -based approach of higher professional education. A new model for the formation of competencies in education is presented, which determines the basic functions of all levels of education management, as well as the principles of the formation of competencies at all stages of the educational and professional activity of the individual.
