In Russian society, the tasks of the formation and education of the younger generation are considered priority. This publication included materials from the III All -Russian Scientific and Practical Conference [Moscow, April 12 - May 25, 2019), dedicated to the implementation of federal state educational standards of preschool education (Federal State Educational Standard BC) The conference participants examined the problems, opportunities, experience and prospects for the development of preschool education. Particular attention was paid to the task of successful socialization of children with disabilities (disabilities), as well as to ensure equal access to education for all students, taking into account the variety of special educational needs (migrant children) and individual opportunities. The authors of articles included in this collection offer ways to solve these problems
